What’s the best browser to use for this platform?

Google Chrome is recommended for the best user experience. When you login, click "Allow Notifications" in the prompt that appears to receive chat notifications. Please note, do not use Internet Explorer does not include modern features and is incompatible with live streaming and other key features. Please ensure you turn off Ad Blocker or any javascript tracker. 

How do I complete my profile?

After logging in go to edit profile, under the account button in the top right of your screen, fill in the form.
 
To fill out your profile comprehensively please have the below information ready:
 
  • Profile picture
  • Job title
  • Location
  • Professional bio
  • Social media links
Please note if you make your profile public, you will be able to interact with other delegates and other delegates will be able to interact with you, without activating your profile as public your details will not be viewed.

How do I join a live session? 
 
Go to the programme for an overview and click on the conference talk. This will show all the sessions.
 
On the live days, to join a session or a talk, simply click on the presentation title and you will see the main Livestream page.
 
Alternatively, you can click on the Livestream button on the top banner to join live presentations. 

How can I ask questions to speakers?

To submit your question before the session, simply go to the programme and select the Session/Talk. At the bottom of every page, there will be a Questions section. Click on ‘Ask Question’ and submit your question. Similarly, there will be a Questions section at the bottom of the Livestream page where you can submit your questions. 
 
How can I talk to exhibitors?

During the event exhibitors will be available to chat and engage with. Navigate to the sponsor/exhibitor page by clicking the Menu item for Exhibitors and then clicking on their logo. Once in the page you can;

  • Click "Connect With" in the header to send a contact request to the Sponsor/Exhibitor team. They will reach out to you and can arrange a suitable meeting time
  • Click "Chat" in the header to start a chat with their team immediately
  • Browse the various resources and content that exhibitors have published
  • Click on the team members and connect directly with one or more staff
How can I view e-posters and oral abstracts?

Click on the e-poster option in the left-hand toolbar and you can view the full gallery of e-posters.
 
Alternatively, if you click ‘Key themes’ on the left-hand tool bar you can select a topic you are particularly interested in and then view all posters relating to that topic. 
 
When viewing the posters, you will be able to see the author names. Posters should have email addresses for contact on them, or you can go to the attendee list and contact the author directly to chat about their content.
 
To view the oral presentations, please follow the directions as above. 

How do I receive my certificate of attendance?

Certificates will be emailed to all attendees after the event based on the amount of content viewed throughout the conference.

I am part of a group booking, why can’t I see the live streams?

Only lead participants can view the live streams on the 13th and 14th October. Post-event all participants in the group will be able to view the recorded content from the live streams.

All members of the College will be able to view the College AGM on their own devices enabling them to vote as individuals. The AGM is due to take place at 16:30 on Tuesday 13th October.
